TRAIN CONSPIRACY, by Elena Sanchez On a train delayed for hours, sisters Ana and Maggie worry about missing their airplane flight and the cost of getting new flights. Peter, a fellow passenger, proposes a morbid game of speculation, offering money if Ana and Maggie’s theories about why the train is delayed are correct.
About the Authors…
Peggy Harmon-Jonesloves both Arts and Sciences. With a PhD from UCLA, she investigated cockroach hormones and African Sleeping Sickness. Currently, Peggy guides a team of writers who storyboard animated presentations that teach about medical science. She enjoys all the creative aspects of sharing less heady topics from writing, acting, prop making, set dressing to voiceover.
Elena Sanchez was born and raised in San Diego. She recently graduated from UC Berkeley, majoring in English with a minor in creative writing. Previously, she attended a performing arts high school and majored in creative writing. She developed her passion for writing while in the creative writing department at a summer arts program at CalArts.
