About the Playwright…
Craig Abernethy’s plays previously read at Stripteasers include STATE OF THE ART, (produced at 6th and Penn Theater, SD), THE SORT OF HAPPY ENDING TO THE SAD, SAD TALE OF MR. ALI ALI… (p.a. 6th and Penn), and ABSOLUTES (p.a. “Questionable Content Festival,” Festival NY, NY). Other plays were presented at theaters in Seattle, Albuquerque, Minneapolis, Buffalo, Santa Cruz, CA and the Ohio State University “New Works Lab.”
Craig studied Dramatic Art at Cal, worked backstage at the NY Shakespeare Festival and SF Opera, and was a founding member of American Theatre Arts in LA.
